Salted Caramel Smoothie

Salted caramel is the latest trendy desert but unfortunately it is rarely used in a healthy way.  We've created this smoothie that is still decadent like a milkshake, but can hit that sweet tooth and curb your hunger hormones


Ingredients

  • 1 Serving vanilla protein powder

  • MCT oil

  • 1 Serving Raw Fiber Powder

  • Date

  • Nut Milk

  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink or Coarse Sea Salt (to top)

Directions 

1.     Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
