Kale & Hemp Heart Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • handful of greens

  • 1 tbsp mct oil

  • 1 tsp ashwagandha

  • 2 c unsweetened almond milk

  • hemp hearts to top

Directions 

1.     Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
