Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder containing 20 to 30 grams of protein

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds

  • Handful of Spinach

  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric or turmeric blend, like my Be Sweet Blend.

  • 1 cups organic raspberries (optional)

  • 1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk

     

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend to desired consistency.
