Ingredients

  • 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Vanilla Be Well Protein Powder
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy coconut yogurt
  • ½ medium banana, sliced into ¹⁄₈ inch pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Blend yogurt and vanilla protein together, and spread the mixture on a parchment-lined cookie sheet until about ¼-inch thick.
  2. Add sliced bananas, chopped walnuts, cacao nibs, and chocolate chips. Drizzle with peanut butter.
  3. Place in the freezer for at least four hours or overnight.
  4. Once frozen, break apart into large pieces and enjoy.
  5. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
