Ingredients

  • 3 lbs of grass fed meat (my favorite places to shop good quality meats are *Butcher Box and Force of Nature)

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • 1/4 cup red onion diced

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley, fresh 

  • 1/4 cup chopped mint, fresh

  • 1 tbsp coriander

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp pink salt

  • 1/4 cup of *flax meal

     

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Hand mix meatballs, make into 1-2 inch balls

  3. Bake on a sheet pan for 20-30 min (longer for a larger meatball)
