Not my favorite

I tried this protein as an alternative to another brand of grass-fed beef protein I usually use because I appreciate that it's sweetened with monkfruit instead of stevia. However, I'm going to have to go back to my other brand. I like to mix my powder with cold almond milk using a milk frother, and no matter how much I mix it most of the protein powder ends up as a gooey clump at the bottom of my glass that's undrinkable which basically feels like throwing away money lol. I've tried in hot coffee as well and it just doesn't blend well. I understand it's natural ingredients and naturally gelatinous, but it's unfortunately not drinkable for me this way.
